The incidence of pregnancy in adolescents always occurs every year. Based on South Sumatra Welfare Statistics data, in 2019 teenage pregnancy cases in Palembang City amounted to 22,650 cases (BPS, 2019). Many pregnancy cases in Palembang City occurred in Ilir Barat 1 District with a total of 81 cases. For this reason, efforts are needed to prevent pregnancy at a young age by utilizing the media of the quartet card. This study used a cross sectional design with quantitative research methods. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with a total of 70 respondents. Analysis of research data using paired t test, Wilcoxon test and Mann Whitney test. The results of the Wilcoxon test of the experimental group (p-value 0.000) and the paired t-test of the kontrol group (p-value 0.007) showed that there was an effect of the quartet card and power point media intervention on increasing knowledge scores. The results of the Wilcoxon test in the experimental group (p-value 0.000) and the kontrol group (0.010) can be concluded that there is an effect of using quartet card and power point media on increasing attitude scores.The results of the Mann Whitney test showed that there was a difference in the average score of knowledge (p-value 0.002) and attitude (p-value 0.003) in the group that was educated using the quartet card media and in the group that was educated using power point media. This means that the quartet card media can be an effective medium to increase knowledge and attitudes towards preventing teenage pregnancy compared to power point media. This research is expected to be able to further develop the media to make it easier for teenagers to understand regarding the prevention of teenage pregnancy
