The implementation of an occupational safety and health management system policy is a series of policy activities carried out by implementing actors to achieve predetermined goals. There are 3 factors that can influence the successful implementation of an occupational safety and health management system, namely the level of compliance, the smoothness of routine functions as well as performance and impact, these three factors can be either an obstacle or a support, therefore they must receive serious attention. The research method used in this research is quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis SPSS version 26, equipped with descriptive test, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, partial test, simultaneous test, partial regression test, and multiple regression test. The results of this study state that partially and simultaneously the level of compliance, smooth functioning of routine functions, performance and impact have a positive effect on successful implementation.
