ANALISIS KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT DALAM PELAYANAN PEMBUATAN SERTFIKAT TANAH DI KANTOR PERTANAHAN KOTA PALEMBANG
Good service performance will certainly cause positive benefits for public satisfaction as service users and the existence of the government organization will certainly increase. Community satisfaction in each flow of land certification procedures can be a benchmark of the results or not of the land service system run by the Palembang City Land Office. Land certification is done to avoid conflicts such as land disputes, communities illegally or without permission to use land for settlement or business land. The purpose of this research is to find out the satisfaction of the people of Palembang City in the service of making land certificates in the Land Office of Palembang City. This thesis uses descriptive methods with qualitative data that prioritize the community as Key Informants and the Land Office as the main informant. With data collection techniques using observation methods, in-depth interviews with the public and concerned officers, literature research and documentation. The results of the analysis carried out reached the conclusion that the satisfaction of the people of Palembang City is good enough, the Land Office of Palembang City has been enough to satisfy the people of Palembang City in running the land certificate manufacturing system. It is proven that from the five dimensions of Service Quality, namely Tangible, Reliability, Resvonsiveness, Assurance and Empathy in the research of the Palembang City Office of Peranahan has been dominant both and satisfactory to the people of Palembang City.
