This study aims to analyze the performance of the implementation of the data integration policy for licensing the practice of doctors and dentists as well as to determine the factors that influence the implementation of the data integration policy for licensing the practice of doctors and dentists in the Investment and One Stop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP) Office of Palembang City. This research is motivated by the fact that there are still many applicants returning files due to errors when inputting data and the public still does not fully understand the online procedure. This study uses the theory of policy implementation performance with Policy Output measurement indicators based on the concept of Purwanto and the theory of George C. Edward III. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Data Integration Policy for Licensed Practices for Doctors and Dentists at DPMPTSP Palembang City has been going well. However, of course, in its implementation there are still some problems so that the implementation is not optimal, such as the lack of forms of communication to the public regarding the integration of licensing data for doctors and dentists' practices, and the absence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in written form. The suggestions in this study are that it is expected to re-socialize the doctor's practice licensing system online to doctors and dentists. Palembang City to make a written SOP regarding the implementation of the data integration policy for licensing the practice of doctors and dentists so that applicants can clearly know the procedures in the services provided.
