PENGARUH SANKSI ATAS KETERLAMBATAN TERHADAP DISIPLIN PEGAWAI PADA ASN PUSAT KESEHATAN HAJI SEKRETARIAT JENDRAL KEMENTERIAN KESEHATAN RI
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of punishment for tardiness on employee discipline at civil servant at Hajj Health Center Secretariat General of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. The independent variable (X) in this study is punishment for tardiness and the dependent variable (Y) in this study is employee discipline. This study uses a saturated sampling technique so that all ASN Hajj Health Center is a sample with a total of 60 people. This study uses a questionnaire and also conducted data analysis using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect on the punishment for tardiness on employee discipline at the civil servant at Hajj Health Center Secretariat General of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia.
