PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK, HARGA DAN LAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN DI GERAI SONGKET FIKRI PALEMBANG
This study aims to determine product quality, price, service quality on customer satisfaction at the Songket Fikri Palembang outlet. The population in this study is songke fikri customers until 2021. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis technique, t test and F test. The results of this study indicate product quality, price, service quality partially or simultaneously affect customer satisfaction at the Songket Fikri Palembang outlet, and product quality is a variable that has a dominant influence. on customer satisfaction at the Songket Fikri Palembang outlet. Suggestions that can be given in this study are able to improve the quality of products and services, set prices that are in accordance with product quality, and improve sales promotions
