Based on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) research in 2014 showed 35.2% of adults (age 18 years) in the United States had a short sleep duration (< 7 hours). Night sleep less than 7 hours can cause inflammation in the arteries which results in the risk of plaque buildup that clogs human blood vessels to increase. Therefore, this study aims to determine the relationship between the duration of the use of electronic devices (gadgets), physical activity and eating patterns with sleep quality in Unsri Indralaya students during the covid-19 pandemic. This study used a cross sectional design with quantitative research methods. The sampling technique was cluster random sampling with a total of 172 students from Unsri Indralaya. The analysis of this study consisted of univariate, bivariate analysis with chi square statistical test. The results of this study indicate that the students of Unsri Indralaya who have poor sleep quality are 70.9%. The results of data analysis showed that the variables of diet (p-value = 0.756), physical activity (p-value = 0.912) did not have a relationship with the sleep quality variable. and duration of playing electronic devices (gadgets) (p-value=0.000) has a relationship with the variable of sleep quality. Therefore, it is necessary for students to increase knowledge, especially about the importance of good quality sleep and the impact of using gadgets so that the negative impact of using gadgets that harm users can be minimized, motivating people around to change behavior in using gadgets so that each individual has good sleep quality, and motivate people around to maintain a balanced diet and maintain physical activity that is done every day for at least 30 minutes a day.
