This study aims to analyze the effect of BMT financing, own capital and labor on production as well as economies of scale on MSMEs in the city of Palembang. The inputs analyzed are BMT financing, own capital and labor, while the output factors are products produced by MSMEs in the city of Palembang. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the BMT financing variable which had a probability value of 0.0435 had an influence on MSMEs production, then the equity variable with a probability value of 0.1200 had no effect on MSMEs production, while labor with a probability value of 0.0023 had an effect on production MSMEs in Palembang City. MSME economies of scale are at increasing returns of scale or increasing returns to the position 1.3 > 1, which means that increasing inputs will increase output even more.
