The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and price on Indihome consumer satisfaction in Demang Azhar Housing Area Palembang. The population in this study were all patriach in the Demang Azhar Housing Area Palembang, amounting to 57 patriach used as respondents in this study, therefore the method used was the census method. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. Regression test results show that product quality and price simultaneously affect customer satisfaction. Keyword : Product Quality, Price, Consumer Satisfaction
