BUMDes was established as a village institution that aims to manage the potential of the village in order to provide income for the village. BUMDes was established in accordance with the needs and potential of the village. BUMDes Mart Sumberejo is a form of BUMDes that operates a type of retail business. This type of business is in the form of a mini market which was established to make it easier for the community to shop. This study aims (1) to describe the development of the Sumber Rejo BUMDes in business and the economy, (2) to describe the form of utilization of Sumber Rejo's BUMDes funds in the context of alleviating poverty, (3) to formulate a strategy for developing the Sumber Rejo BUMDes in the context of poverty alleviation. Location selection is done purposively or intentionally. Data collection was carried out from September to October 2021. The research method used in this study was the Survey Method. The sampling method used is a simple random sample method by taking samples of respondents such as BUMDes Sumber Rejo administrators, village officials, members of village unit cooperatives (KUD), family welfare empowerment administrators (PKK), people who take part in recitations and farmer groups. The data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. The results showed that (1) the development of the Sumber Rejo BUMDes in business and the economy has a role as a forum for creativity and business business innovation, (2) The utilization of Sumber Rejo BUMDes business funds in the BUMDes mart, fishing, and transportation fleet business sectors already has an allocation of funds. clear and accountable, (3) The IFE matrix shows that Sumber Rejo BUMDes has been able to take advantage of strengths to overcome weaknesses with a total value of 2,929 and the EFE matrix shows that Sumber Rejo BUMDes have been able to take advantage of the strengths of opportunities to overcome threats with a total value of 2,886. The quantitative approach SWOT matrix shows that Sumber Rejo BUMDes is in quadrant 1, namely the SO (Strength-Opportunities) strategy. The strategy formulation on the SWOT diagram produces alternative strategies that are in accordance with the condition of the BUMDes, namely (1) Maintaining and improving economic and business innovation so that in the management of BUMDes Sumber Rejo can be used as a reference in developing innovations in new business fields, (2) Maintaining and improving the performance of BUMDes management in business management so that they always get the trust and support of the local government.
