SMAN 1 Banyuasin III is one of the senior high schools that received grants from the government and has implemented projects to improve or add school facilities using funds from the allowance. The problems that arise are in the project implementation process, the school must implement the project by the guidelines that have been given so that tools are needed that can assist in the project implementation process including the planning stages of the project cost budget, project estimation estimates, estimating differences in planning and realization in project implementation. This study uses a project implementation method that concludes a Barchart for project scheduling and an S-Curve for project monitoring. This research concludes a project management information system in the context of planning and control in project implementation by using the Barchart and S-Curve methods. The application of the Barchart and S-Curve methods has succeeded in presenting an information graph that displays comparison information between planning and realization accompanied by a container to display progress documentation for ongoing activities. The use of Barchart will display the project schedule in the form of blocks automatically and the S-Curve which displays the weight values automatically for use as a panel in project control activities.
