The objectives of this study were to : (1) Calculate the income of the mobile rice mill, (2) determine the financial feasibility of the mobile rice mill, (3) know the sensitivity of the mobile rice mill business if there is a change in price, production amount, and production costs of the rice mill business around. This research was conducted in the village of Muliasari, Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin District. Data collection was conducted in September 2019. Data collected in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. The method used in this research is the census method. The sampling method used is the census method. The results showed that the amount of revenue from the existing rice milling business in the village of Muliasari was Rp. 20,903,693 per year, with an NPV of Rp. 108,868,420, IRR 30 percent, Gross B / C 1.83, Net B / C Ratio 2.72, and BEP Rp. 77,214,941 for < 3 years. Several measurements in the mobile rice milling business show that the results obtained are greater than 1, and the IRR value is greater than the discount rate of the factor used, so financially the mobile rice milling business is feasible. And the business of milling rice will be sensitive if the price decreases by 52%, the amount of production decreases by 52%, the production costs increase by 100%, the costs and production are reduced, and the amount of production and the production costs increase by 41%
