This study aims to know the promotion strategy of laa tahzan florist indralaya product via instagram. The study uses qualitative methods. The types and data sources used are primary data. collecting data in this study uses in-depth interview techniques, observation and documentation. The result of this study shows that laa tahzan florist indralaya is good enough, because laa tahzan florist indralaya always posts prmo via instagram with the features of instagram such as feed, instagram stories, and business accounts, as well as promo offers such a variety of discounts, raves, THR, and qna instastory, so the people are interested in buying the laa tahzan florist’s. the laa tahzan florist’s strategy has included adversiting, sales promotion, public relations, personal and direct marketing according to the theory used.
