EFEKTIVITAS PENYERAPAN NITROGEN ANORGANIK MELALUI SISTEM INFUS AKAR PADA TANAMAN KARET (Hevea brasiliensis Muell. Arg.)

This study was aimed to determine the Effectivity of nitrogen absorption through a root infuse system in rubber plants (Hevea brasiliensis Muell. Agr.). This research was carried out from September until December 2020 in rubber research garden, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, Indralaya, Ogan Ilir. Randomized block design was consisting 4 data collected were analyzed using ANOVA. The treatments consisted of N0 = 0 g, N1= 80 g of NPK Mutiara 16:16:16/plant, N2= 100 g of NPK Mutiara 16:16:16/plant, N3= 120 g of NPK Mutiara 16:16:16/plant. The observed variables included the absorbed solution volume, leaf greenness level, and leaf content. Results showed that fertilization with various doses of NPK fertilizer (16:16:16) treatment using root infuse system on rubber plants had a very significant effect on total volume of absorbed solution in the third and fourth week, and leaf greenness level. The higher concentration of the solution, the slower the solution was absorbed by plants.
