MONITORING KETERSEDIAAN OBAT TERHADAP PELAYANAN KESEHATAN MASYARAKAT DI DINAS KESEHATAN KOTA LUBUKLINGGAU TAHUN 2021
Monitoring the availability of drugs requires complete and accurate data and information from the central, provincial, district and health facilities. Especially with the implementation of the JKN program which has the potential to increase the need for drugs in health facilities. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the availability of drugs at the puskesmas and formulate solutions so as to increase the availability of drugs at the puskesmas in Lubuklinggau City. The research method is qualitative. The data were obtained through in-depth interviews with the health center drug manager, IFK drug manager and the head of the pharmaceutical and medical equipment section of the Lubuklinggau City Health Office. Data analysis was done by descriptive method. The results of the study found that the Pharmacy Installation and Puskesmas in the scope of the Lubuklinggau City Health Office in 2021 experienced a drug shortage. Furthermore, the planning process has been carried out by the Integrated Drug Planning Team but it is not optimal, the drug procurement process has used the e-catalog method, not all storage uses alphabetical. Inadequate facilities and infrastructure for drug storage, leaky Pharmacy Installation rooms were found, there was an excessive buildup of medicine boxes at the Puskesmas. The distribution of drugs should be distributed by the Pharmacy Installation, not taken by the Health Center itself, Recording and Reporting is still manual so that there is often a mismatch between the number of drugs on the stock card and the physical amount of the drug. It can be concluded in general that the management of drugs in the Pharmacy Installation of the Lubuklinggau City Health Office is still not running in accordance with KepMenKes No. 1121 of 2008. It is hoped that the Lubuklinggau City Health Office can realize plans for expanding drug storage space, adding human resources, facilities and infrastructure as well as conducting training programs , integrated drug management applications and seminars on drug management for both the pharmacy staff at the Health Office and at the puskesmas
