EFEKTIVITAS CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) PT.TANJUNGENIM LESTARI PULP AND PAPER DALAM MENINGKATKAN REPUTASI PERUSAHAAN
The company's reputation is very important to support the survival of the company. One way to build a good reputation in the community is to carry out corporate social responsibility carried out by the Public Relations or CSR Division with "CSR Program". If CSR program well communicated to public, it can improve the company's reputation. The purpose of this study was to find out how the CSR effectiveness carried out by the CSR Division or Public Relations in PT Tanjungenim Lestari Pulp and Paper in improving the company's reputation. This study uses the "CSR theory" by Paul A.Argenti. Data collection method that used in this study were in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results showed that PT.Tanjungenim Lestari Pulp and Paper's CSR has been implemented effectively in accordance with the CSR theory proposed by Paul A.Argenti so as to improve the company's reputation. CSR theory has several dimensions, namely avoid empty boasting, match rhetoric with action, be transparent, know your audience, create an ongoing dialogue, listen and collaborate, and focus on employee engagement.
