This research is titled “Media Agenda on Forest and Land Fire News in 2019 in The Online Media of Tribun Sumsel ". The online media of Tribun Sumsel is one of the mass media reported about forest and land fires in 2019. This research aims to determine how the media agenda in the news of forest and land fires in 2019 in the online media of Tribun Sumsel. This research uses Agenda Setting theory, namely Media Agenda and Public Agenda, from Werner Severin & James W. Tankard and uses a quantitative content analysis research method. This research analyzed 463 news from all seven issues with 200 forest fire news in August – September 2019 using the Holsty Formula. The results of this research from three dimensions have fulfilled the application of the media agenda, i.e., the dimension of visibility, the level of prominence for audiences, and valence. This result shows a media agenda on the management of forest and land fires in 2019 in the online media of Tribun Sumsel. Keywords : Media Agenda, Online Media, News, Forest and Land Fires.
