STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY PT THAMRIN BROTHERS DALAM MEMPERTAHANKAN CITRA PERUSAHAN
As one of automotive dealer companies that located in the Palembang city, so then a company needs to actively runs various efforts to be able survive in the midst of intense competition in the business world and strive to be first choice for consumer. PT Thamrin Brothers is an automotive dealer company in Palembang that already has a good image and reputation through the eyes of theirs public and also its consumers. This research looks at an effort that company can do in order to maintaining the company image both in the eyes of society and consumer. In this case, researchers used the theory of CSR communication strategies by Rusdianto with qualitative methods and data presented in descriptive form. The data collection techniques in this study use in-depth interview methods, observations, and documentation studies. The implementation of CSR program run by PT Thamrin Brothers is a program that engaged in socio-economic community. Based on the results of the study showed there are 6 important dimensions that are considered to affect in order maintaining the image of this company, namely the dimension of the goal, and then the dimension of the target, messages, instruments and activities, resources and time scale, and the dimensions of evaluation and amendment.
