The Coronavirus Disease (COVID 19) pandemic has affects the land transportation sector. One of which is the LRT. Conditions leading new normal required the implementation of social restrictions, such as social distancing, physical distancing, new adjustments and adaptations related to the provision of transportation facilities and infrastructure for the passengers as well as the application of health protocols for passengers. However, this has resulted in a decrease in passenger volume, changes in operational schedules and a reduced number of trips. This study have purpose to determine the factors that influence the Implementation of Social Restrictions Policies on Palembang Light Rail Transit (LRT) users during the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are direct interviews and documentation studies. The results of the research from the Social Restriction Policy on the Palembang Light Rail Transit (LRT) Transportation Passangers show that the implementation of the social restriction policy on the LRT it's been going well this is indicated by the completeness of the facilities and the application of health protocols that have been carried out from the beginning of entering the station to leaving the station. In addition to passengers, officers are also required to always implement health protocols, always carry out clean and healthy living behaviors and always carry out a series of health condition screening stages such as filling out self assessments before serving to prevent and reduce the risk of spreading the COVID-19 virus in the work place
