This study aims to find out how efficient the LLDIKTI Region II official travel budget is during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. This research was motivated by the realization of the budget that was not fully absorbed in 2020 and the absence of revisions to the official travel budget during the Covid-19 pandemic. Efficiency analysis uses a comparison between input and output according to Mardiasmo. The research method used is a qualitative. Data collection techniques through documentation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the efficiency of the Regional LLDIKTI official travel budget during the Covid- 19 pandemic in 2020 of 72 percent which is included in the good category, but there is no revisions to the LLDIKTI Region II official travel budget during the Covid-19 pandemic which resulted in an unabsorbed budget. . The suggestion for this research is that LLDIKTI Region II must be more prepared in dealing with various situations that occur such as the Covid-19 pandemic by making savings and budget revisions.
