PENGARUH LEVEL STARTER Trichoderma spp DALAM PROSES FERMENTASI PELEPAH SAWIT TERHADAP KANDUNGAN SERAT BERDASARKAN ANALISA VAN SOEST
The objective of this research was to know the best level of using at fermentation palm fronds on NDF, ADF, selulosa, hemiselulosa and lignin contans. This research was done in two process. The first process was producing palm fronds fermentation and the second was Van Soest analysed of palm fronds fermentation in laboratory at Animal feed and Nutrition, Agriculture Faculty at Sriwijaya University. The research used Complete Randomized Design with 4 treatments and 3 replicatioris, Ri (substrate + 5 % starter) R2 (substrate + 10 % starter) R3 (substrate + 15 % starter) R4 substrate + 20 % starter). The parameters observation were NDF, ADF, Selulosa, Hemiselulosa and Lignin. The result of this research showed that the treatment gave significantly differences on NDF, ADF, selulosa, hemiselulosa and lignin. The conclusion of this research on the best level of starter Trichoderma spp in process palm fronds fermentation up to 15 %.
