The objective of this research was to know the best level of various urea in kumpai grass (Hymenachne acutigluma) amoniation to the dry matter, crude fiber, crude protein, crude fat and BETN. This research was done in two stage. The first stage was kumpai grass CHymenachne acutigluma) amoniation within 7 days. The second stage was analyzed the nutritive value of kumpai grass amoniation in Laboratorium Kimia Hasil Pertanian Fakulatas Pertanian Unversitas Sriwijaya. This research used completely Randomized Design with 4 treatments and 4 replications are A (Control), B (kumpai grass + 2% urea), C (kumpai grass + 4% urea), D (kumpai grass + 6% urea) the treatment in plus poultry manure 15% of kumpai grass founds dry weight. The parameters maesured were dry matter, crude fiber, crude protein, crude fat and BETN. The result of this research showed that all treatments had no significantly show differeces to dry matter but in crude fiber, crude protein, crude fat and BETN difference significantly. The conclusion of the research was addition 4% give the best result in all treatments
