This research is entitled "Analysis of Implementation of Coordination Principles in the Manufacture of Building Permits in Ogan Ilir Regency". This research aims to find out the implementation coordination principles in the manufacture of IMB in Ogan Ilir Regency. This research uses qualitative descriptive research methods, namely with data types, data collection techniques, and data analysis techniques used in accordance with qualitative research methods. This research uses the theory of coordination principles initiated by Dann Sugandha. The results of this study showed that coordination in the manufacture of IMB in Ogan Ilir has not been running optimally because the manufacture process of IMB exceeds the specified time, there has been no regular scheduled coordination meeting between technical teams for IMB, as well as the number of names of applicants for the issuance of IMB in DPMPTSP that do not exist in the recapitulation of applicants in the PUPR Office in spatial affairs. So that the results of this research analysis suggest that all agencues involved in making IMB make a written official aggrement that contains a willingness to carry out their duties and responsibilities and willingness to accept consequences if it is found that activities that violate the main task and functions. As well as tightening supervision on the performance of agencies and employees involved in the creation of IMB in Oga Ilir regency and increasing the number of human resources in OPD which became technical teams
