Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 23 of 2010 concerning the National Narcotics Agency explains that one of the tasks of the National Narcotics Agency is coordinating relevant government agencies and community components in the context of preparing and formulating as well as implementing national policies in the field of P4GN (Prevention and Eradication, Abuse and Circulation). Dark Narcotics). Coordination related to agencies regarding P4GN is organized by the Deputy for Community Empowerment of the National Narcotics Agency. Meanwhile, at the provincial level, it is carried out by the Community Empowerment Section for Prevention and Community Empowerment. One of the P4GN programs that includes community participation is the P4GN Coaching and Training Program. The purpose of this study was to find out how to evaluate the P4GN Guidance and Training Program at the National Narcotics Agency of South Sumatra Province. This study uses the CIPP evaluation theory (Cotext, Input, Process, Product) from Daniel L Stufflebeam. This study also uses qualitative research methods with data sources from observations, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the overall Guidance and Training Program, P4GN at the National Narcotics Agency of South Sumatra Province, which was realized with the P4GN workshop capacity building activity had been carried out well but there are still things that need to be improved, namely coordination between the committee and participants.
