overty is one of the problems in the Indonesian economy that needs to be addressed to create prosperity for the community. The Ministry of Social has created a program for handling the poor which is expected to reduce the problem of poverty in Indonesia. The Ministry of Social regulation (Permensos) number 2 of 2019 concerning Productive Economic Business Social to Joint Business Groups for handling the poor is the legal basis for implementing the Joint Business Group program. The Social Service of the Province of South Sumatra seeks to overcome the problem of poverty in the Province of South Sumatra and is assisted by the Office of Social Affairs of the City/Regency. Rambang Kapak Tengah District is one of the areas located in Prabumulih City, this District is one of the recipients of the Joint Business Group assistance. The proper implementation of Joint Business Group activities is expected to reduce the problem of poverty in an area. This research uses qualitative and descriptive research through documentation, interview and observation techniques. The types of data collected consist of primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of the research conducted, the distribution of assistance to the Joint Business Group in Rambang Kapak Tengah District is still not transparent, referring to the Mardiasmo theory which has nine indicators of transparency namely: information is presented in a timely manner, financial statements are adequate, information is clear and does not cause misunderstandings, information is accurate, financial reports can be compared between time periods, the composition of the management shows an integrated division of labor, appearance and financial condition, and forms of planning and results of activities.
