This thesis is entitled Communication Strategy of Banyuasin Government in implement the farmer rise. This thesis was made to discover how Communication Strategy of Banyuasin Government, especially to implement the farmer rise. In this thesis used theory Communication Strategy by Anwar Arifin (2008:72). This thesis has three informant which is vice-regent of Banyuasin and Head of Department Agriculture as well as the chief of farmers Harapan Jaya, Karang Anyar Village, District Sumber Marga Telang, Banyuasin.To analyze data, this thesis used data reduction, presentment data, and convery conclusions. The result of this thesis can be concluded that Communication Strategy which conducted by Banyuasin Government has been passably but the deficiency by choosing a media. Keyword : Communication Strategy, Banyuasin Government, Farmer Rise.
