Communication is a social process that is very basic and vital in human life. It is said to be fundamental because every human, both primitive and modern, desires to maintain an agreement regarding various social rules through communication. Technological advances caused by the increasing need for the flow of information make communication technology more widely used. One of the results of communication technology that currently plays a very important role in communication activities is art. In this case, the Klempangliut Rapper Group from Palemabng has made hip hop rap a powerful protest media to voice their various anxieties about various problems in Indonesia. They created and sang the song Everyone vs Vice People, of course this showed a nationalist feeling in them. Thus the author wants to know how nationalism is in the lyric music of the song Everybody vs Vice People by Rapper Kelempangliut Palembang. The research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative method with Paul Ricoeur's hermeneutic analysis, as a supporter of nationalism, the writer used Apter's theory. From this research is expected to provide understanding and increase readers' knowledge in interpreting nationalism. Keywords: Music, Nationalism, Hermeneutic Analysis
