Advanced companies rely heavily on a leader, the behavior of a leader greatly influences the performance of it’s employees based on the duties and implementation of each employee to be responsible for their respective duties, common goals to be achieved for the progress of the organization, leadership style is defined as a way that leaders interact with their subordinates, leadership style also affects how to communicate from a leader to his subordinates, depending on the nature and personality of a leader, this study is to determine how the leadership style Kasubur customer care PT Kereta Api Division III Palembang using qualitative methods and descriptive data types, data collection techniques are in depth interviews, observation, documentation, and literature, the results showed that the leadership style used by Kasubur customer care PT Kereta Api Regional Division III Palembang according to the theory used behavioural theory and the leadership style used by kasubur customer care is good quality.
