AKTIVITAS PROPORSI BERBAGAI CAIRAN RUMEN DALAM MENGATASI TANIN SECARA In Vitro
This research were done to study mix culture activity of various rumen fluid to overcome tannin in vitro. It was held for 2 (two) month at Animal Nutrition and Feed Laboratory Agriculture Faculty Sriwijaya University Compeletly randomized designed were done with 3 (three) proportion of rumen fluid from various ruminant (cattle, goat and buffalo). The treatments were P1 (25:50:25); P2 (25:25:50) and P3 (50:25:25) respectively. Each treatment were replicated four times. Observed parameter were total population of bacteria (cfu/ml), tannin concentration (mg/ml) and N-NH3 concentration (mM). All treatment were non significant, however total population of bacteria increased in every treatment. Tannin concentration were non significant except for P3 (0,112 mg/ml to 0.103 mg/ml). N-NH3 in all treatmentwere non significant (0.05 mM), however showed that there were microbe activity in all treatments. It concluded that proportion of various rumen fluid were tolerance to tannin
