Oxytocin massage is a massage of the spine (vertebrae) to the fifth-sixth rib to overcome suboptimal breastfeeding. This massage requires the help of other people or family, therefore family support is needed in does this therapy. Prototype development oxytocin massage tool is one of the solutions for breastfeeding mothers to be able to do oxytocin massage therapy independently resulted in expediting breast milk secretion. The purpose of this study was to create and analyze a prototype oxytocin massage tool in overcoming the non-smoothness of breastfeeding. This research used the type of research and development design which into several parts are material assembling and tested tools with a one group pre-test post-test design. Data were collected used an observation and a questionnaire. The results showed 10 respondents, prior to massage the oxytocin use a prototype tool massage oxytocin most respondents let down reflex active 0 (0%) is quite active 2 (20%) are less active 8 (80%), after does massage oxytocin used a prototype tool oxytocin massage mostly let down active reflex 9 (90%) moderately active 1 (10%). Data analysis was performed by using the Marginal Homogenity test, shown the result that the value of p = 0.004
