This study aims to determine the strategy of the Ogan Ilir State Owned Enterprises House (SOE) in developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in Ogan Ilir Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The sampling technique in this study was a purposive sampling technique with 4 informants. Data were collected through documentation, interviews, and observations. The results of the study show that soft skills training has been carried out from September 2021 - January 2021 10 times online or online, the partnership program is given to foster partners who meet special qualifications and visits/visiting have been carried out on June 21, 2021.Thus, it can be concluded that the Ogan Ilir SOE Home Strategy in developing MSME in Ogan Ilir Regency is to conduct business science coaching/training, partnership programs and visiting.
