The research was obtained to define the effect supplementatition of lactid acid bacterium (LAB) on the performance of Arabian chick starter phase. The research was conducted for six weeks at Balai Ternak Unggul Sapi Dwiguna dan Ayam Sembawa Banyuasin. A completely randomized design was used in this research. The treatment were PO (Control/Without LAB), P1 (0,1 ml LAB), P2 (0,2 ml LAB), P3 (0,3 ml LAB) in each treatments was replicated four times. The parameters were mortality, feed consumption, total counting LAB in instestines, body weight gain, and feed efficiency. Data were analyzed by using analysis variance. The difference between treatments was tested with least significant difference and honestly significant difference test. The research indicated that the supplementation lactid acid bacterium significantly influenced the feed consumption, body weight gain, and total counting LAB in intestines (P
