GAMBARAN TINGKAT KECEMASAN, STRES DAN DEPRESI IBU HAMIL PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19
COVID-19 is a pandemic that causes major changes to lives and has impact on individuals physical and psychological. One of the groups that vulnerable of psychological problems during the COVID-19 pandemic is pregnant women. Psychological problems that can occur on pregnant women are anxiety, stress and depression. This problem should be known and addresses immediately as it can have adverse effects on the health of the mother and fetus. This study was aimed to determine level of anxiety, stress, and depression of pregnant women during COVID-19 pandemic. The design of this study used a descriptive quantitative method. The sample of this study was 78 pregnant women who were taken by cluster random sampling technique at the Puskesmas in Ilir Timur I District of Palembang. Data were collected by using Depression Anxiety Stress Scale 21 (DASS 21) questionnaire which was distributed online through a google form. The majority of respondents in this study were in the age range of 20-35 years, did not work, completed high school-college education, gestational age in the third trimester, and were nulliparous. The results showed that 75.6% of respondents did not experience anxiety, 10.3% experienced mild anxiety, 9% moderate anxiety, 3.8% severe anxiety and 1.3% very severe, 91% did not experience stress, 2.6% mild stress, 5.1% moderate stress, 1.3% severe stress, 96.2% no depression, 2.6% mild depression, and 1.3% moderate depression. Overall, the level of anxiety, stress, and depression of pregnant women in Ilir Timur I Palembang during the COVID-19 pandemic was in the normal category
