Background: Caesarean Sectio is an action performed with the aim of giving birth to a baby through an incision in the uterine wall that is still intact to save the lives of the mother and baby. Labor in this way can cause breastfeeding problems for both mother and baby. Post partum mothers who fail to breastfeed or are at risk of stopping breastfeeding are caused by not knowing very simple techniques and ways of breastfeeding, such as how to position the breast when breastfeeding, improper baby position, and wrong sucking and mouth position of the baby so that the nipple feel pain due to abrasions or swollen breasts due to excess milk production and not removed. Inadequate breastfeeding also causes the baby to be malnourished so that the baby is susceptible to diseases that can ultimately lead to death, especially newborns. The combination of education about correct breastfeeding techniques and oxytocin massage will increase the mother's knowledge of breastfeeding and will provide a sense of comfort and relaxation to the mother after experiencing the delivery process so that it can help mothers breastfeed their babies with the right techniques and facilitate the process of optimally expressing breast milk. Objective: The purpose of this study is to apply comprehensive nursing care to patients post sectio caesarea mother with infective effect of asi. Method: The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a case study approach inpatients post sectio caesarea mother with infective effect of asi. Results:The results of this study showed that the three patients had the chief complaint of ineffective breastfeeding. Nursing problems that can be enforced are Ineffective Breastfeeding, Sleep Pattern Disorders, Anxiety, Risk of Infection. The main nursing problems are ineffective breastfeeding given breastfeeding education interventions and oxytocin massage, sleep pattern disturbances are given sleep support interventions, anxiety is given an anxiety reduction intervention, and the risk of infection is given preventive interventions.Conclusion: The importance of handling spontaneous post partum women with the ineffectiveness of breastfeeding.
