ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN STROKE HEMORAGIK
Hemorrhagic stroke is a type of stroke caused by rupture of blood vessels in the brain or leakage of cerebral blood vessels due to sudden cerebral blood pressure, increased pressure on the blood vessels, so that blood vessels become blocked and unable to withstand the pressure. In the acute phase, sufferers will experience symptoms of decreased consciousness. Impairment of consciousness results in hypersecretion of secretions which can cause obstruction of the respiratory tract. The purpose of this study is to apply comprehensive nursing care to hemorrhagic stroke patients. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a case study approach in hemorrhagic stroke patients. The results of this study indicate that all three patients had the main complaint of decreased consciousness which caused an increase in airway secretions. Nursing problems that can be enforced are ineffective airway clearance, ineffective breathing pattern, risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion, self-care deficit, risk of infection and risk of impaired skin integrity. Interventions that can be done to overcome ineffective airway clearance, ineffective breathing pattern, and risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion are observing respiratory status, positioning patient head up 30, performing chest physiotherapy and suction. Management to overcome the main nursing problem is not effective in cleansing the airway in hemorrhagic stroke patients who experience a decrease in consciousness is positioning head 30and suction.
