This research is entitled "The Effectiveness of Communication in Organizations (Study on Employees of Ak Gani Hospital Palembang)". This study aims to determine how the effectiveness of communication within the organization on the employees of RS Ak Gani Palembang. This study uses the theory of communication effectiveness according to Cutlip (2006). This research was conducted with a sample of 84 respondents consisting of 32.1% from the TNI, 35.7% from civil servants, and 32.1% from TKS. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis techniques. The research method is quantitative method; thus, this research is quantitative descriptive research. Collecting data in this study using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. From this research, it shows that the effectiveness of communication in the organization for employees of Ak Gani Hospital Palembang has been running effectively with the results of the first dimension score, Communication Climate has an average score of 372 which is in the very good category, the second dimension, Organizational Satisfaction has a score of 370, into the very good category. The third dimension, Information Dissemination, has a score of 364 which is included in the very good category. The fourth dimension, Information Load has a score of 360 in the very good category. The fifth dimension, Information Accuracy, has a score of 364 in the very good category, and the sixth dimension, Organizational Culture, has a score of 366 in the very good category. From the results of the six indicators, an average score of 366 is in the very good category.
