The flow of technological development is moving very fast. The internet and all digital aspects are increasingly penetrating into people's lives and have become a necessity. For the media industry, which plays a role as a medium of information for themselves with technological changes. Waspada print media is one of the print media that applies these technological developments into its media, namely by conducting convergence. Three reasons why convergence to be done are fistly, the circulation is decresasing, internet users are increasing, and the impact of Covid-19 on print media patterns. To find out how the convergence works in print media, this research will be analyzed based on the convergence theory by Rich Gordon, which consists of ownership, tactical, structural, information gathering, and storytelling. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method with data collection process through indepth, participatory observation, and documentation study. The results of this study are that the convergence carried out by Waspada, has been implemented good enough even though there are some indicators that have not been implemented dan are not carried out optimally with the convergence theory written by Rich Gordon. Waspada is still weak on the use of technology, and the development of human resource skills. However, what is interesting from this research is that Waspada has been able to run its media so far without conglomeration, which is a risky thing not to do in the midst of today's fast-paced competition.
