PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN TEPUNG DAUN PEPAYA TERHADAP KECERNAAN BAHAN KERING, BAHAN ORGANIK DAN KADAR N AMONIA TEPUNG BULU AYAM SECARA IN VITRO
The experiment was conducted to know effect of using papaya leaves flour dry matter and organic matter digestibilities and level of N-NH3 of feather mealon by in vitro method. This experiment was carried out at Laboratorium Dasar Bersama (LDB) and Laboratorium Kimia dan Mikrobiologi Jarusan Teknologi pertanian Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Sriwijaya from May to September 2006. The experimental design was completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 2 replications. The treatments were 4 levels of papaya leaves flour include :0 %, 7.5 %, 15 % and 22.5 %. Parameter that measured was dry matter and organic matter digestibilities and level of N-NH3. The data were analyzed using Anova (analisys of variance) and Duncan’s Multi Range Test (DMRT).
