The purpose of this research is to determine of Inhibiting Factors for the Implementation of UMKM Subsidies in Improving Community Welfare in Indralaya Utara Village. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The number of informants in this study were five informants. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, the analysis technique in this study is data reduction, data testing and verification, for the validity of the data, namely the credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the factors inhibiting the implementation of the UMKM Subsidy in Improving Community Welfare in Indralaya Utara Village are the convoluted process of submitting subsidized MSME loan funds, the absence of collateral, lack of information provided, length of business and the absence of credit services in total. small.
