The purpose of this study was to determine the attitude of guidance and counseling teachers to group counseling services with a reality approach. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The subjects of this study were 24 guidance and counseling teachers who participated in the training, namely the MGBK group for SMP, SMA in Indralaya, Ogan Ilir district. The data was taken using a questionnaire on the attitude of guidance and counseling teachers to group counseling services with a reality approach and its distribution through google forms and then analyzed using percentages. The results of this study indicate the attitude of guidance and counseling teachers to group counseling services with a reality approach in the positive category of 88% and the negative category of 12%. In the knowledge aspect, the positive category is 83.3% and the negative category is 16.6%, the affective aspect is in the positive category 91.7% and the negative category is 8.3%, as well as the conative aspect in the positive category 91.7% and the negative category 8.3%. . Referring to this research, it can be said that guidance and counseling teachers have a positive attitude towards group counseling services with a reality approach.
