ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI PP NO. 19 TAHUN 2017 TENTANG GURU DALAM MEMBERIKAN PENILAIAN, PENGHARGAAN DAN SANKSI KEPADA PESERTA DIDIK DI SMA SRIJAYA NEGARA PALEMBANG
This study aims to determine the analysis of the implementation of goverment regulations number 19 of 2017 regarding teachers in providing assessments, rewards and sanctions to students at Srijaya Negara Palembang High School. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Informants or resource persons in this study amounted to 7 people. Data collection techniques used are documentation, interviews and observations. The validity test of the data used includes transferability test, dependability test and confirmability test. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The focus of this research is on goverment regulation number 19 of 2017 Amendment to goverment regulations number 74 of 2008 on article 37 assessment, article 38 awards and article 39 sanctions. Based on the results of the data that teachers at SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang have provided assessments, awards and sanctions to students in accordance with Government Regulation no. 19 of 2017 amendments to PP No. 74 of 2008 concerning teachers article 37, article 38 and article 39, both offline learning and online learning. Giving assessment, especially attitude assessment, awards and sanctions to students, is a little less effective when applied in online learning situations because teachers do not directly meet with students and can only be done modestly with the help of parental supervision or student guardians.
