TINGKAT KEPUASAN MAHASISWA DALAM PERKULIAHAN DARING SELAMA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI PROGRAM STUDI PENDIDIKAN EKONOMI UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA ANGKATAN 2018
This study aims to find out how the level of student satisfaction in online lectures during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Economic Education Study Program of Sriwijaya University batch 2018. This research method is descriptive quantitative using three data collection techniques, namely questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The sample of this research is the class of 2018 economic education students, a total of 42 people. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. This study uses the theory of Berry and Parasuraman which contains five indicators, namely reliability, responsiveness, certainty, empathy, and tangibles. The results of this study indicate that the level of student satisfaction in online lectures during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Economic Education Study Program of Sriwijaya University batch 2018 is considered Satisfied with a percentage of 80%. In this study, the researcher suggests for students to improve understanding of the material during lectures, for lecturers it is recommended to make a simple but quality learning design, it is hoped that the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education can provide the facilities needed to support lectures and for further researchers it is expected to examine more sources as well as related references regarding the level of student satisfaction in online lectures.
