PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK DALAM PENYELENGGARAAN PILKADA DI DESA MUARA PENIMBUNG ULU KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR
This study aims to determine public perceptions of the quality of public services in the implementation of regional elections in Muara Penimbung Ulu Village, Ogan Ilir Regency. The research method used in this research is quantitative and the population in this study is the people of Muara Penimbung Ulu Village, Ogan Ilir Regency which is the DPT (Permanent Voters List) for the Regional Head Elections of Ogan Ilir Regency, totaling 1150 people. Sampling using proportioned stratified random sampling of 20% of the total population of the study, which is 230 people. This study uses a single variable that uses five indicators of the quality of public services, namely reliability (providing appropriate and correct services), tangible (providing sources of facilities), responsiveness (response in serving), assurance (ethics in providing services), and empathy (level of willingness to know the needs of the community). Data collection techniques used are documentation and questionnaires/questionnaires. Based on data analysis and discussion, the average value (82.12% 62.5%). The recapitulation is obtained from the average results of each indicator, namely reliability (82.88%), tangibles (84.60%), responsiveness (75.21%), assurance (76.79%), and empathy (83.77%). So, it can be concluded that the public perception of the quality of public services in the implementation of regional elections in Muara Penimbung Ulu Village, Ogan Ilir Regency is positive.
