HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR DAN DISIPLIN BELAJAR DENGAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS XI IPS DI SMAN 1 INDRALAYA
This study aims to determine the relationship between learning motivation and learning discipline with student achievement in class XI Social Sciences at SMA 1 Indralaya. This research is a quantitative research with saturated sampling technique. The research sample consisted of all students of class XI IPS in SMA 1 Indralaya with a total of 93 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out by testing the normality of the data, product moment correlation and multiple correlation. The results of the learning motivation test (X1) with learning achievement (Y) are r 0.4063 with a correlation range of 0.40 – 0.599 which is categorized as moderate and the discipline test (X2) learning with learning achievement (Y) is r 0.286 with a correlation range of 0, 20 – 0.399 which is categorized as low, while the multiple correlation test between learning motivation and learning discipline with learning achievement is 0.364 which is categorized as low. The significant test of the correlation coefficient is f arithmetic > f table (6.913 > 3.098) then the correlation coefficient between X1 and X2 with Y is significant. Based on this research, there is a relationship between learning motivation and learning discipline with student achievement in class XI IPS in SMA 1 Indralaya.
