The research is aimed at knowing the relationship of prosperous family income improvement program uppks in improving the welfare poor families. The population on this research is uppks members mothers in the source village with a total 30 people. The samples on this research are using a total sampling technique, then the entire population is used as a sample of 30 people. Next, data-collection techniques employ a documentative and questionnaire, Based on research result, the UPPKS program has a positive relationship in improving the welfare of poor families, it’s proven by the correlaation test used pearson product moment Which signified significance (sig.) = .736. Based on the Table of Interpretation of Correlation Coefficients 0 - 1, the higher the significance value, the stronger the correlation. By the provision which were used if signification (sig.) a < = .05 so Ho was rejected, if significance (sig.) > a = .05 so Ha accepted. Based on the interpretation of the relationship, the results of significance belong to the category of a strong relationship if look at the interpretation table of the correlation coefficient.
