ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR PRODUKSI DAN PENDAPATAN TEH DI PT PERKEBUNAN NUSANTARA VII PAGAR ALAM
Indonesia has five agricultural sectors, namely food agriculture, plantations, livestck, forestry, fisheries. The aims of this study were: 1) to analyze the factors that influence the production of tea at PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Pagar Alam, 2) to analyze the efficiency of the use of production factors in the tea production process at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Pagar Alam, 3) to calculate the income received by PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII towards the tea production processat PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Pagar Alam. The method used in this research was the case study method. The research location is PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Tea Processing Unit Pagar Alam. Data collection was carried out in February until now. The tea processing process starts from the preparation of raw materials, disclosure, withering, milling, enzymatic oxidation, drying, tea tasting, sorting, packing and storage in warehouses. Production factors of raw materials, machine capacity and labor used have a simultaneous effect on tea production from 2018 to 2020. Factors of production of raw materials and machine capacity have a significant effect on tea production at PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Pagar Alam during 2018-2020. Factors of labor production and production costs partially have a no significant effect on tea production at PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Pagar Alam during 2018-2020. The production factors of raw materials, machine capacity, labor and production costs are not yet efficient so they neeed to be added for their use. In 2018 to 2020 the average income from tea production is Rp5.327.083.292.068.
