The research was conducted to study Digestible Quality of Complete Feed Block (CFB) Based on Industrial Sugarcane Waste as Feed for Ruminant In Vitro. This research were done in three stage; 1) Baggase amoniation; 2) complete feed block (CFB) production and 3) proximat and digestible analysis in Animal Feed and Nutrition Laboratory of Agriculture Faculty, Sriwijaya University. This research using completely randomized design with 3 treatment and 5 replication; formula 1 (bagasse 30% + blotong 40% + molasses 30%), formula 2 (bagasse 40% + blotong 30% + molasses 30%), and formula 3 (bagasse 20% + blotong 50% + molasses 30%). Observed parameters were dry matter (DM), crude fiber (CF), crude protein (CP), crude fat, BETN, dry matter digestibility, organic matter digestibility and consentration of N-NH3. Ratio of TDN : Crude Protein for F1 were (74,32% : 13,93%), F2 (48,41% : 7,96%) and F3 (45,13% : 7,08%). Proximate analysis for F1 were : DM 99.64%, Crude fatty 23.58%, CP 13.93%, CF 26.17% and BETN 34.03% ; F2 : DM 99.61%, Crude fatty 19.17%, CP 7.96%, CF 21.53% and BETN 48.53% ; F3 : DM 99.53%, crude fatty 15.74%, CP 7.08%, CF 24.55% and BETN 51.68%. respectively. Each formulation give insignificant result on organic matter digestibility (20.82% vs 26.31% vs 16.73%), dry matter digestibility (20.80% vs 25.68% vs 16.12%) and concentration of N-NH3 (12.50% vs 11.20% vs 12.40%). It is concluded that complete feed block (CFB) could be used as ruminant feed as long as it is quality and palatability concerned.
