This study aims to find out how Youth Participation in Youth Organizations in Ujan Mas Baru Village, Ujan Mas District, Muara Enim Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, which becomes the social situation in this study is Youth Participation as the actor, Karang Taruna activities are the activities under study, and Ujan Mas Baru Village is the place to be studied. The subjects of this study were 6 informants. This study uses three indicators, namely participation in the planning stage, participation in the implementation stage, and participation in the utilization stage. Data was collected through documentation, interviews and observation techniques. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the participation of youth in Karang Taruna activities in Ujan Mas Village is sufficient to participate, but there are several factors that influence participation that has not run optimally. These factors are the busyness of members and the understanding of members about Karang Taruna is not deep. Efforts that can be made to increase participation are through good communication and collaboration between the youth and Karang Taruna administrators. Examples of efforts that can be made are meeting agendas and socialization to youth villager so that they can increase participation and assist in empowering youth in Ujan Mas Baru Village through Karang Taruna.
