The research with the title "The Effect of Intensity of Watching Anak Langit soap opera on Violent Behavior of High School Students of R.A Kartini in Palembang City". This study aims to see whether there is an effect between watching anak langit soap opera on violent behavior. The study used 6 dimensions which were divided into 2 variables, namely the intensity of watching (X) with 2 dimensions of frequency and duration and the variable of violent behavior with four dimensions, namely physical, non-physical, verbal, and psychological. This research was conducted quantitatively with descriptive statistical research methods. The data technique used is a questionnaire. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using the analysis of Pearson Product Moment, the calculation results are 0.677> r table 0.361 or t test 4.18> 2.048, which means that there is a significant effect between the intensity of watching and violent behavior in SMA R.A Kartini Palembang City. The percentage of the violence variable from this study was 43.71% which fell into the "neutral" category, while the proportion of the watching intensity variable was 43% with a "neutral" response.
