PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT PADA KUALITAS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN MASYARAKAT (STUDI PADA PUSKESMAS PEMBANTU DI DESA SUKARAMI KABUPATEN OGAN KOMERING ULU SELATAN)
The service quality of Sukarami Village Supporting Puskesmas, Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan District, raises many perceptions from the community. The object of this research is the people who live in Sukarami Village, Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Regency. This study aims to determine community perceptions and obstacles that still occur in the Puskesmas Pembantu Desa Sukarami. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with the main informant, namely the Sukarami Village Community, a medical officer consisting of two nurses and a midwife who works at the Sukarami Pustu. Data collection techniques used were in-depth and open interviews with key informants and supporting informants, observation and documentation. The results of this study show that attention and selection, because of the deficiencies and constraints that exist in the Pustu Sukarami, make the community prefer to take medication in other health services. Second, giving the concept, where the community gives the perception that the physical facilities of the Pustu still need to be repaired, medical devices and health workers and medicines are still lacking and need to be equipped. The third is interpretation, the people of Sukarami Village use the immunization health service and the family planning program at the Sukarami Pustu but for other diseases that cannot be handled at the Pustu, so the community takes medication at other health services. Fourth, namely seeking information again, regarding the expectations of the community for Pustu, repairs to physical facilities or pustu buildings, adding health personnel and completing medical devices. Then the obstacles for the people of Sukarami Village when carrying out treatment at the Sukarami Pustu were in the form of obstacles not having medical doctors handle patients directly, inpatients who were not at the Pustu, limited service time, medical devices and medicines that were still lacking and unable to handle them. diseases suffered by the people of Sukarami Village.
